The Sonnet Of Siblings

"The Sonnet Of Siblings" by Syed Sohail Ahmed.

In the garden of life, two siblings grow,
Planted side by side, with roots entwined,
Each unique, yet together they show
A bond that nature and time have designed.

One is a sapling, with leaves so green,
Full of energy and youthful delight,
The other, a trunk, sturdy and serene,
Guiding the sapling through the day and the night.

Together they dance, in the winds of change,
Braving storms and the scorching sun,
One giving shade, the other finding range,
A journey of two, never to be undone.

The sapling learns from the trunk's wise words,
And the trunk from the sapling's youthful spark,
Their bond, a symphony of chirping birds,
Harmonious and pure, like a heavenly ark.

As the seasons change, and the leaves turn brown,
The trunk and the sapling stand together,
Their roots deep, their love a sacred crown,
A bond that will last, forever and ever.

For in the garden of life, siblings thrive,
Two souls entwined, a never-ending dance,
A journey of love, a bond that will survive,
Guided by nature's perfect romance.
